Cooper Trustees Present: Cooper Prize 2023 Exhibition 

The Cooper Prize 2023 attracted a record number of artists all of whom had lived, worked or where born in South Yorkshire. It aims to reward and celebrate excellence and originality in mixed media and showcase local talent. 

Over 400 pieces of artwork were sumbitted and included abstract, figurative, contemporary and traditional. The very best has now been selected to form part of an exhibition in the Gallery which is now on display.

Packed with exciting artwork you will be amazing at the quality and diversity of the work included in this exciting display.

Please note that the Sadler Award and Fox Gift will close slightly earlier than the exhibition in the main gallery on 2 March to make way for a new exciting exhibition from Barnsley College
