Pot a Wellie for Paddington
Michael Bond created Paddington over 60 years ago. The loveable bear is famous for marmalade sandwiches, a hard stare and his wellies, amongst other things.
In 1958 ‘A Bear Called Paddington’ was first published and to celebrate its 60 Anniversary this event is part of our bear-illiant new exhibition Bears! An exhibition from Seven Stories, National Centre for Children’s Books’ we invite you to come along to the Cooper Garden, bring your old welly along, fill it with compost, and pop in a plant. Horticultural expert Emily Gratton-Rayson will be on hand to help
We would like to hear how tall your flower grow, use social media or send us an email to email@example.com
