HEAR MY VOICE: Mothers Who Make: Poetry Special with Helen Mort, Rachel Bower and Toria Garbutt

Join us for a morning of exploring all that it means, how it feels and what it brings in becoming and being a mother. The everyday joys and tribulations, the conflicts and revelations, the expectations and frustrations, everything all rolled into one. Renowned Yorkshire poets and authors, Helen Mort, Rachel Bower and Toria Garbutt will share their poetry and personal experiences of being mothers and how they work to find balance in being both poet and Mum.

There will also be opportunities to create your own work and connect with others over a brew, or two.

Babies and children welcome.
